Linus Keating, owner of the venture, was
raised prowling the deserts and old mining camps of the southwestern US.
He can remember as a 7-year-old, admiring the tall, weather-beaten,
world-traveled, “simple men of the desert,” geologists he met during
those prowls, and thinking, “that’s what I want to be when I grow up!”
Today he holds a Doctor of Science in Geology from the VUB in Brussels
and has more than 20 years of work experience in minerals exploration.
He is a Registered Geologist in the State of Arizona and has conducted and managed exploration projects around the world. He
is very active as a consultant to mining companies operating in Latin
America, Asia, and the United States.
Linus’s passions include minerals and crystals, exotic travel, computers, four-wheeling, scuba, remote ruins, secluded
beaches, and his family. |
